Dating back from the 16th century, Hotel Adler is a charming property in the heart of the "Niederdorf" area, Zurich´s lively and charming Old Town with its unique atmosphere. The hotel's décor conveys a sense of style, from the private baths to the generous wall decorations portraying different views of the city. The refrigerators in each room are cooled using an environmentally-friendly system designed and patented especially for the Adler Hotel. To dine in the "Swiss Chuchi" restaurant is to enjoy Swiss traditions first-hand. In summer, outside seating is available. You will be surprised by the modern cuisine, featuring time-honoured recipes such as the classic "Adler Cheese Fondue" or crispy "Rösti" potato pancakes. Breakfast is served from 06:15 to 10:00 from Monday to Friday and from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends. Just a few minutes from the main sights, the Adler is just a 5-minute walk from the Bahnhofstrasse shopping street and Zurich Lake. The railway station is 2 tram stops away.

Travel information

The Hotel Adler is located in the Old Town of Zurich, right in the city centre.. From the Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) take tram no. 4 in the direction of Seefeld and exit at Rudolf Brun Brücke. By car you are able to drive to the Hotel and unload your luggage. Pass the Zährungerplatz and follow the hotel signs through Brunngasse to Hirschenplatz.
