Kunsthaus (art museum)
The Kunsthaus collection includes important art works from the ancient times to contemporary days, with numerous works by Swiss artists of the XVII and XVIII century, like Johann Heinrich Füssli’s rich collection
European painting of the XIX and XX century is also well represented. Here are in fact exhibited important works by artists the likes of Manet, Monet, Renoir, Van Gogh, Corinth, Beckmann, Dalì, Picasso and Braque.
Particularly interesting is the Foundation Alberto Giacometti, which hosts important works of the Swiss artist.
